I’m Courtney, a licensed home-based cosmetologist specializing in all things braids 👑✨ 💕Appointment Preparation💕 *Please arrive with freshly washed hair, free of oils, gels, conditioners, or heavy products. If you need your hair blown out, please come with damp hair. I’ll take it from there! *Hair is included with all braid services for your convenience. *Hair must be at least 3-4 inches. If your hair is short PLEASE send a picture to determine if its long enough for the desired style. 🗓️ Booking Policies • Cancellations: Must be made 24 hours before your appointment. • A $25 cancellation fee will apply if not canceled within the timeframe. • Grace Period: You have 15 minutes to arrive. • After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and a 75% late cancellation fee will apply. • Please text 205-409-5103 if you’re running behind so we can adjust accordingly. • Deposits: All deposits go toward your service. • You may reschedule within the same month using the same deposit. • A new deposit is required for reschedules made in a different month. *No additional guests during your service.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
When canceling an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 75% charge.
Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once. (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid)
Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of that service.
There is a 15-minute grace period - after 15 mins, there will be a $10 late fee (after 25 mins the appointment will be canceled and charged 100%)
